Operator/ Flex Crew

  • Needs to have a good relationship with Customers/ Crew

  • Must be able to pull job materials for upcoming work

  • Must be able to possess CDL Class A license (preferred obtained)

  • Must be able to read and understand job prints 

  • Perform job/safety briefings 

  • Clear and precise communication with the working Foreman, Crew as needed (daily) 

  • Must be able to make smart and safe decisions for crew, company 

  • Must take pictures of everything prework, post locate, during construction, after construction, during makeup, and after makeup is complete, (locates, depths, Etc.)

  • Must be able to communicate with homeowners/landowners in a respectable manner that represents SUG.

  • OSHA 10, Traffic Flagging, and CPR/AED training/certification will need to be obtained in with company if needed

  • Operate/Run equipment cautiously, safely and proficient 

    • Mini-Ex 

      • Dig around utilities, potholes, trench around existing, back fill, and compaction, lifting transformers, reels of cables/pipe, rigging, Tie ends
