Experienced equipment operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing electrical cable

• Assist with installing telecommunications

• Assist in installing telecommunication handholes

• Assist in installing underground transformers

• Responsible for maintaining company trucks, equipment, and tools to keep in proper working order

• Expected to know how to operate various equipment including but not limited to a mini excavator, etc.

• Expected to learn how to understand various print layouts for projects

• Able to perform rigorous physical activity

• Understand the proper use of hand and power tools

• Expected to learn to understand basic knowledge of materials used to complete jobs

• Capable of receiving and following directions given by Foremen

• Required to wear proper PPE (hard hat, steel toe boots, and proper reflective clothing).

• Willing to work in all weather conditions

• Able to complete any other task required for completion of job

• Clean up of jobsite each day

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Able to complete vigorous activity

• CDL permit or Class A is preferred

• Must be able to pass drug screen

• Must possess reliable vehicle to get to and from work

• Must follow company safety protocols and all other company policies

• Must be able to work well with others

• Self-Motivated

• Must be respectful to any and all customers

• Heavy equipment operation is preferred

• Must be able to drive trucks and trailers safely
